BECK has been selected as the fit-out contractor for the first three luxury residences in the new Caudwell residential development, 1 Mayfair.

A new landmark address, 1 Mayfair is a collaboration between renowned architects, interior designers and artisans, with the vision of creating the most desirable and valuable residence in London.

The overall development comprises 29 unique, private residences 5 townhouses, 5 penthouses and 19 lateral apartments. Resident facilities will include a gym, swimming pool, spa, terraces, car and bicycle parking.

BECK’s initial scope includes the fit-out of the first three five-bedroom, lateral apartments, each measuring approximately 7000 sq ft.

In the £2 billion scheme, Caudwell aims to deliver a super prime residential project to surpass all other luxury residential developments in London in quality, global reputation and value. The ambition is to create the finest residential apartment building, built in Mayfair in recent decades and carry forward the historic, classical character that has made the area one of the most desirable residential neighbourhoods in the world.

A stately portico on South Audley Street is a harmonious blend of Palladian and Georgian architecture, creating a distinctive fusion of design styles across the façade.

From Hill Street, the building appears as a unified structure, adorned with entry porches, stacked bay windows, and a colonnade of paired columns, reminiscent of a Georgian terrace.

The project sees BECK join EPR Architects, Caudwell Design, Hoare Lea and Gardiner & Theobald as part of the client team.
