Working with the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we completed an accelerated programme of works for a full refurbishment in just 34 weeks. This included forming new lift pits and shafts, structural alterations, a new helical staircase, circular glass lift and all new mechanical, electrical and extensive AV services, throughout the building.
