This fast-track scheme was completed in just 26 weeks without compromise on quality or detail, whilst meeting its key objective of the hotel continuing to operate throughout. We ensured a minimal impact on guest experience with a complex phased logistics plan focusing on the management of noise creating activities and the connection to the main hotel services infrastructure.

The Hard Rock Hotel facing London’s Hyde Park is a haven for music lovers and cultural explorers. This design and build project brought the public spaces of an iconic building back to life. Spread across 2500 sqm are the entrance, reception, concierge, Rock Shop, GMT Lobby Bar and the Hard Rock Café Oxford Street, which includes a Stage Bar, Cocktail Bar and Rock Royalty VIP Lounge.
