Michael has enjoyed a long and varied career, since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor.  He worked in a variety of sectors before discovering his passion for the hospitality industry.  His extensive career has seen him work for Gardiner & Theobald, IHG and most recently Sonder.  He has collaborated with BECK many times on luxury hospitality projects.  With family roots in the building industry, it is fitting for him to be back in construction and leading the Pre-Construction team.
