November has been a great month for BECK. After securing the biggest contract in BECK’s history last week in Kuwait, BECK have gone on to secure their first project in Mexico!
BECK have been appointed to fit out several galleries in the existing Papalote Museo del Niño (Papalote Children’s Museum), in Mexico City Bosques de Chapultepec.
The original museum created in 1993, is focused in learning, communication and working together through interactive expositions of science, technology and art for children. The museum has over 288 interactive exhibits, which are divided into five areas covering subjects such as ecology, human body, science and music.
“Having undertaken museum and heritage projects in North America over the last decade and with the continuing growth of the market, we are thrilled to have secured works at the Papalote Museo del Niño in Mexico City. We hope this will be the first of our many projects in Mexico”, said Graham Wakeford, BECK Managing Director.
