With over 30 years’ experience in specialist fit out, manufacturing, architecture and design, I was one of the original founders of the company. As CEO, I am committed to our strategic vision and plans for the future.

Graham Wakeford

MANAGING DIRECTOR

I have over 25 years’ experience, working across many areas of BECK’s business including estimating, project management, operations and also focusing on the company’s international reach.
I continue a hands-on approach and am proud to promote BECK’s enviable quality.

Jonathan Dart

FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

Throughout my career, I have held a variety of senior financial roles with major international groups. I am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and lead the financial team and vision for BECK, providing a stable platform for the business.

Chris Galloway

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

With a joinery and design background, I joined BECK in 1997, working through various levels within the company and on some of the company’s most challenging and prestigious projects. My core skills of management, leadership and attention to detail are essential in my role as Operations Director.

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

I have been a Chartered Quantity Surveyor for over 30 years and joined BECK in 1999, becoming a Director in 2007. I have extensive commercial experience in all aspects of the business both in the UK and overseas, providing me with the necessary skills to guide our commercial teams.

Mark Banham

BOARD DIRECTOR

I have experience across all aspects of the company and industry and joined BECK 20 years ago. Leading the Museum team, I have worked to set high standards through many areas of the business, including design development, site management and project management.

Shaun Carvalho

BOARD DIRECTOR

I have over 25 years’ experience within the industry, including responsibility for many design-and-build projects. I also lead the Residential and Bespoke sectors of the business, delivering exceptional quality for some of the most prestigious addresses in the UK.

Dalbir Chana

BOARD DIRECTOR

Since joining BECK a decade ago, I have worked in many areas of the business from estimating to project management. BECK have equipped me with the essential management and leadership skills to deliver major UK and international museum and interior projects, which are of the highest standards. My role as Board Director also includes the management of our resources and project teams.

Russell Coleman

BOARD DIRECTOR

Having spent several years as a bench and site carpenter, and joiner, I worked through various levels including estimating and project management. I have dedicated the last 14 years at BECK, project managing teams within the various sectors of the business including luxury Retail, Leisure and Residential, delivering some of our iconic hotel projects such as the Lanesborough Hotel.

Edward Kent

BOARD DIRECTOR

Prior to joining BECK 14 years ago, I developed my trade at several bespoke cabinet and architectural joinery companies. I worked through various departments including CNC programming, detailed setting out and purchasing before honing my skills in project management and project direction at BECK. My team has been responsible for delivering many of our high end major projects within our Hotel and Leisure sectors.

BRAND MARKETING EXECUTIVE

With a background in scientific research and business development, after running a London science centre, I joined BECK, bringing both an added breadth of business knowledge and refreshing energy to continue promoting and enhancing BECK’s defined brand.

Vanessa Budd

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Prior to my role in business development, I have spent 6 years working as an FF&E Coordinator across a broad range of projects and assisting in delivering the luxury hotels and high-end residential projects. I have further developed my industry knowledge as part of the business development team, and now promote BECK’s enviable reputation.
